Located in the city of El Cajon, California, Sovereign Health of Rancho San Diego’s adolescent facility is in a valley surrounded by mountains in San Diego County. Nearby is the San Diego International Airport. Rancho San Diego’s ranch-style environment offers greenbelts, plenty of trees and greenery in a tranquil setting that allows adolescents to focus on their own needs and overcome their mental illness.
Who We Treat
Sovereign Health of Rancho San Diego’s Mental Health Program is offered to young men and women ages 12 to 17 who have mental disorders such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Rancho San Diego’s residential facility provides specialized Mental Health Programs for treating adolescents, with comprehensive programs that are individualized to each student’s particular needs.
Housing Accommodations
Students live two per room in a summer camp environment in residences located in gated neighborhoods. Gender-specific housing is provided to young men and women. Supervision and crisis intervention are provided 24 hours a day to ensure the safety and protection of youths during their mental health treatment program. Three meals per day are prepared by our on-site nutritional chef.
